These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the usealverion Store at usealverion.shop and to any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by usealverion LLC (“usealverion”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell downloadable digital resources such as workbooks, templates, calendars and source-code starters. Each product page describes what is included, the file formats and the software requirements. Products are practical starter resources; they are not a bespoke design service, legal or professional advice, or a guarantee of business results.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout and its payment providers; we do not store your full card details. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Files are delivered digitally as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Nothing is shipped.
5. License — single business use
When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one business — yours, or one client you are working for — to use and adapt the files in its own projects, including commercial projects.
You may not: resell, share, sublicense, give away or redistribute the files, in original or modified form; include the files in another template, kit or product offered to others; or claim the original files as your own work. Each additional business requires its own purchase.
All intellectual property rights in the products remain with usealverion LLC. The license ends if you breach these Terms or receive a refund for the product.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your needs, for having the software listed in its requirements, for keeping a copy of your files, and for how you use or publish anything you create with them, including any hosting it requires.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your statutory rights.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
