What do I receive when I buy a resource?
A ZIP archive containing the files listed under “What is included” on the product page, plus a START-HERE.txt guide that explains how to get started.
How and when do I get my files?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on your order status page. The same link is included in your order confirmation email.
I can’t find my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder for the order confirmation email. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Do I need any special software?
HTML resources need a modern browser and a text editor. CSV files need a spreadsheet application. No Figma, Canva, WordPress theme or hosted service is included.
How do I use the files?
Download and extract the archive, read START-HERE.txt, replace the placeholders and adapt the source to your project. HTML workbooks can be edited in a browser and printed to PDF; save changes before closing. Landing page resources are source code that needs customisation and your own hosting.
Is anything shipped?
No. All products are digital downloads, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping fee.
What does the license allow?
Each purchase includes a single business license. One business — yours, or one client you are working for — may use and adapt the files in its own projects, including commercial ones. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.
What if a file is faulty or not as described?
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Are these resources a design service or professional advice?
No. They are practical starter resources, not a bespoke design service, legal advice or a guarantee of business results. For custom work, the usealverion studio takes on branding, web design and development projects.
Who runs this store?
The usealverion Store is operated by usealverion LLC, the company behind the usealverion digital creative studio.
