Every product in the usealverion Store is a digital download. This policy explains how and when you receive your files. The store is operated by usealverion LLC.
No physical shipping
We do not ship physical goods. No shipping fees are charged and no shipping address is needed for digital-only orders.
When you receive your files
Your download becomes available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Most payments are confirmed within moments of checkout. If a payment needs review by the payment provider, the download becomes available once it is approved.
Where to find your download
- Order status page — a download button appears on the page shown right after checkout.
- Order confirmation email — the same download link is included in the email sent to the address you used at checkout.
What you receive
Each product is delivered as a ZIP archive containing the files listed under “What is included” on its product page, together with a START-HERE.txt guide. File formats and software requirements are listed on each product page.
Access to your files
Download links are unique to your order. Please download and keep a copy of your files once you receive them. If a link stops working, contact us with your order number and we will help you regain access.
Problems with a download
If a file will not download, is incomplete or does not open, contact hello@usealverion.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
